How to turn your tracker On/Off?​

To Turn On:
For first-time use, please place the tracker on a wireless charger connected to a power source. The device will power on automatically.

To Turn Off:
The tracker supports Flight Mode. When enabled, it stops location updates and network communication while keeping Bluetooth active only.

How to charge your tracker?

VOV Pet Tracker supports wireless charging. To charge it, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the included wireless charging dock that comes with the product.

  2. Place the tracker flat on the center area of the charging dock, ensuring proper alignment.

  3. Once aligned correctly, the tracker will automatically power on and begin charging. The indicator light will turn on to show that charging has started.

⚠️ Only use the official charging pad provided with the product for optimal performance and safety.
🔋 A full charge typically takes 2–3 hours.During charging, the light will pulse softly. Once charging is complete, the light stays solid.
📢 The tracker will automatically power on when charging begins.

TIPS: You can tap the battery icon on the main page to set the working mode (Balanced mode, Power Saving mode, Performance mode, or Lost mode).

How to read the LED status?

VOV Pet Tracker uses an LED indicator to show its current status. Here’s how to interpret the light signals:

⚠️ Note: LED behavior may vary slightly depending on firmware version.

TIPS: In the dark, you can turn on the light on your pet tracker to help you locate and keep an eye on your pet more easily. You can swipe up on the main page to access the flashlight settings.

How to attach your tracker to Collar?

The VOV Smart Care Pet Tracker is thoughtfully designed for easy attachment to your pet’s collar, the Mounting slot allows you to secure the tracker to your pet’s collar using the included Velcro strap. Three Velcro straps are provided in the product package.The installation methods are shown in the image below.

How to check your tracker status?

The image below is a diagram illustrating the operation of your Pet GPS Tracker.

The Pet GPS Tracker relies on GPS signals and 4G network to function properly. You can check the device’s current status through the light on the Pet Tracker and the device status page in the app.

The image below shows the Tracker status page in the app, where you can view the GPS signal and network signal status.

You can also check the light on the tracker to confirm its current status. Below is an explanation of the light status on the Tracker:

How to activate your tracker?

*If you are using the VOV Smart Care Pet GPS Tracker for the first time, please create a free account first. You can click on the “Active Tracker” in the top right corner of the menu on this page to add and activate the Tracker. Alternatively, you can use the app to add and active your tracker.On the Main page, click the ‘+’ button. Then enter the tracker’s IMEI or scan its QR code as prompted to complete the pet tracker pairing process.
💡Note: The IMEI number and QR code are printed on the back of the tracker.

How to add power saving zone?

*A Power Saving Zone helps extend your tracker’s battery life when your pet is in a familiar Wi-Fi area, such as your home. When the tracker detects the selected Wi-Fi network, it can reduce unnecessary location updates and power consumption.
1. Add a Power Saving Zone
Tap Power Saving Zone in the VOV Smart Care app, then tap Add to create a new zone.
2.Select Your Wi-Fi
Choose the corresponding Wi-Fi network name (SSID) from the list and add it as a Power Saving Zone.
💡Note: The Wi-Fi networks (SSIDs) shown in the app are networks that your phone is currently connected to or has connected to in the past.

How to Use Lost Pet Mode?

*If your pet goes missing, VOV Smart Care gives you multiple tools to help bring them home. Activate Lost Pet Mode to track their location, use Radar, LED Light, and Buzzer when you’re nearby, and share their location with family and friends to expand the search. If someone finds your pet, they can scan the QR code on the tracker to view your contact information and reach you quickly.

1. Activate Lost Pet Mode
Open the Pet Status section on the Home screen in the VOV Smart Care app and activate Lost Pet Mode as soon as your pet goes missing.
2. Track Your Pet’s Location
Check your pet’s current or last known location on the map and use location updates to guide your search.
3. Use Radar, Light & Sound
When you get close, use Radar to help determine whether you’re getting closer. Turn on the LED light or buzzer to locate your pet nearby.
4. Share & Get Help
Share your pet’s current or last known location with family and friends. If someone finds your pet, they can scan the QR code on the tracker to view your contact information.
Tap “Contact” and enter your contact information so anyone who finds your pet can easily reach you.
