VOV Care provides extra protection for your tracker in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
With the 1-year plan, you can make 1 claim per subscription period;
With the 2-year plan, you can make 2 claims per subscription period;

VOV Care provides replacement coverage for: Lost: You or your pet lost the tracker. Theft: Your tracker was stolen. Physical damage: Chewing, drops, water exposure, or other accidents. Manufacturing defects or functionality issues are covered by our one-year warranty instead, not VOV Care.
You need to add VOV Care at the beginning of your subscription period. Once your subscription has been active for a certain period of time, you will no longer be able to add it. You can wait until your subscription renews and then add VOV Care.
