*If you are using the VOV Smart Care Pet GPS Tracker for the first time, please create a free account first.

You will be prompted to scan the tracker’s QR code to add the device. Please follow the prompts in the app to complete the activation of your tracker.

On the Main page, click the ‘+’ button. Then enter the tracker’s IMEI or scan its QR code as prompted to complete the pet tracker pairing process.

💡Note: The IMEI number and QR code are printed on the back of the tracker.

If pairing fails:

  1. First, check that the Tracker has enough battery. If the red low-battery light is flashing, charge the Tracker.
  2. Try logging out of your account, closing the app, then logging back in and reactivating the Tracker.
  3. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@voviot.com for assistance.
You can invite your friends and family to view your pet, supporting up to 5 people. The owner has management permissions, while other users can view the pet’s status and location.
The VOV GPS tracker has a built-in SIM card, similar to your phone, which uses mobile networks to send you location information. All related fees are covered by your subscription, you get to enjoy use worldwide. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can also use our tracker without a subscription. Without a subscription, you can only view your pet’s location when the tracker is connected via Wi-Fi or paired with the App via Bluetooth. By subscribing, you can access features such as real-time tracking, history playback, and event notifications. You can read the “Subscription Plan” to learn more.

The accuracy of your pet tracker depends on several factors, including GPS signal strength, surrounding environment (e.g., tall buildings, trees, or indoor areas), network connection (4G, Wi-Fi, BLE), and update frequency. GPS tracking works best in open outdoor areas, while signal obstructions may cause deviations. To improve accuracy, check the signal status in the app and ensure the device has sufficient battery. The battery life of a pet tracker depends on several factors, including location update frequency, network type (such as 4G, Wi-Fi, BLE), pet activity level, environmental temperature, and feature usage (such as lights, sound, and Bluetooth). Under normal use (about active for 2 hours per day), the battery can last over a week. Longer activity time, low temperatures, weak signals, or using high-power features will drain the battery faster.
