The VOV GPS tracker has a built-in SIM card, similar to your phone, which uses mobile networks to send you location information. All related fees are covered by your subscription, you get to enjoy use worldwide. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can also use our tracker without a subscription. Without a subscription, you can only view your pet’s location when the tracker is connected via Wi-Fi or paired with the App via Bluetooth. By subscribing, you can access features such as real-time tracking, history playback, and event notifications. You can read the “Subscription Plan” to learn more.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew automatically. You can resume your subscription at any time after cancellation.
