GPS tracking works best in open outdoor areas, while signal obstructions may cause deviations. To improve accuracy, check the signal status in the app and ensure the device has sufficient battery. The battery life of a pet tracker depends on several factors, including location update frequency, network type (such as 4G, Wi-Fi, BLE), pet activity level, environmental temperature, and feature usage (such as lights, sound, and Bluetooth). Under normal use (about active for 2 hours per day), the battery can last over a week. Longer activity time, low temperatures, weak signals, or using high-power features will drain the battery faster. You can invite your friends and family to view your pet, supporting up to 5 people. The owner has management permissions, while other users can view the pet’s status and location.
