Additionally, it explains how to modify user information and provides instructions on how to delete user accounts when necessary. How to create a VOV account?​

💡 If you are using the VOV Smart Care Pet GPS tracker for the first time, please create a free account first.

To Create an Account:

New accounts can register either via the App or web. Click the “Sign Up” tab on the Login page, and follow the prompts to enter your email and password to complete your account registration.

💡 Please ensure the email address used for registration is active, as the verification code will be sent to your email during the registration process.

💡The password must be at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.

How to log in/out of the app?

After creating your account in the previous step, you can log in by entering the registered email and password in the login window. Launch the App and enter your correct email and password in the login window to complete the sign-in process.

How to update your personal information?

You can update your personal information in the Account section of the Settings page.

How to reset your password?

You can change your password either on the login page or in the Account section of Settings. Click the “Change My Password” link and follow the prompts to complete the password update.

💡TIPS:You can also click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password.

⚠️Notice:

The password must be at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.

How to bind to a pet tracker?

You can use the app to add and bind your tracker. On the Main page, click the ‘+’ button. Then enter the tracker’s IMEI or scan its QR code as prompted to complete the pet tracker pairing process.
💡Note: The IMEI number and QR code are printed on the back of the tracker.

How to delete your account?

  • If you are certain that you will no longer use the tracker, you can choose to delete your account and clear all related account information.
  • To prevent accidental deletion and unauthorized use, users are currently unable to delete their accounts on their own. If you need to delete your account, please contact us or send us an email to request deletion.

⚠️Notice:

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please back up any important information before deleting.
