Your VOV Smart Care Pet GPS tracker comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all defects caused by material or functionality issues.

• Before applying for warranty service, please first review and search through our online help documents for possible solutions. If the issue cannot be resolved on your own, we will attempt to assist you remotely or by phone.If the problem still cannot be resolved or we confirm that the tracker has a defect, we will replace the tracker for you.

⚠️Note: The warranty does not apply to the following:

💡 Fragile and consumable parts, such as the battery and Velcro, or damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or any similar reasons.
💡 Silicon Mount and other Accessories – These can be purchased in the VOVIOT online shop.
💡 Disassembling the device by yourself.
